End-User Licence Agreement — Turveys QuickBooks Integration

Effective date: 1 August 2026

This End-User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Turveys QuickBooks Integration(the “Application”), a private software integration operated by Greaves And Harvey Ltd, trading as Turveys Fine Furniture(“we”, “us”, “our”), of 45 Sheffield Road, Rotherham, S60 1DA, United Kingdom.

1. Private, internal use only

The Application is a private, internal tool. It is licensed solely for use by authorised employees and representatives of Greaves And Harvey Ltd for the internal business operations of Turveys Fine Furniture. It is not offered, sold, or made available to the public and is not a commercial product.

2. Licence

We grant authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for its intended internal purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. What the Application does

The Application connects to our own QuickBooks Online company. It reads accounting data for internal reconciliation, verification and reporting, and it writes the sales, deposit, supplier and payment transactions generated by our own business systems into that same company, so that our records and our accounts stay in step. It operates only on the single QuickBooks company we have authorised. It does not sell, rent, or trade any data.

4. Restrictions

You must not: (a) use the Application other than for our internal business purposes; (b) copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law; (c) use it to access any QuickBooks company other than our own authorised company; or (d) use it in any unlawful manner.

5. Intuit and QuickBooks

“QuickBooks”, “QuickBooks Online”, and “Intuit” are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Application is not created, endorsed, or supported by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks Online is separately governed by Intuit’s own terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Data

Our handling of data accessed through the Application is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.turveys.furniture/apps/quickbooks/privacy.

7. No warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Application. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. On termination, the licence granted under this Agreement ends and you must stop using the Application.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
